3. Do you think that court cases should be sealed? Do you think that if there is information about negative impacts should that be released to the public?

      I totally agree with Heaven. I think some of the effects that it has are very harmful and should be out in the public to show how our world could be effected if we had fracking.

      I agree with you because cases shouldnt be sealed if the public is effected by it. Also you should be notified because your right there and it could harm you just as much.

      i agree that you should be notified on all cases, we all share land and water, if one neighbor wants to frack and another doesnt it should be discussed and shouldnt happen if they both dont agree.

      I disagree because these cases of contamination are few out of millions. Fracking causes jobs and has proven to be safe when done correctly

      I agree when you say that it is not safe becuase it can contaminate the water. I also agree that it is important for the neighbors to know as well because it also involves them.

      I agree that the court cases should be viewed because it makes it seem like they are with-holding information. I don't think that you should have a say in someones land though.

      I agree that the court cases should be made public. I also think that if someone wants to allow fracking on their land, then you can't really say whether they can or not because it is their own property, but neighbors should be notified, so they know about it.
